Mothering our kids is a journey that takes us from mountain tops of pure joy and wonder to valleys of worry and sometimes even heartbreak. Vulnerability is at the centre of being a mom, and our hearts belong to our children from the moment we meet them.

I have three amazing kids…all now young adults. For all the moments of exhaustion, worry, and chaos, nothing brings me more joy than evenings spent around the table, spending time together. A big shout out to those moms with young kids... and all that THAT brings with it ……. keep going; the prize is worth its weight in gold!
